Component sourcing, vendor management, and pre-production validation across the Pearl River Delta. Long-standing relationships with PCB fabs, IC distributors, and plastic / metal vendors.

1,200 m² production campus in Amata City, Chon Buri, opened 2023. 4 SMT lines, assembly, and potting. ISO 9001 quality system with 100% end-of-line functional test.
